Qualifications:
For a full or part-time, second-year student in Aviation Maintenance Technology, and, as the fund grows, the distribution will be split with half to an Aviation Maintenance student and half to a student in any program at the East Grand Forks campus.

Spring semester

East Grand Forks and Thief River Falls

Programs:
Aviation Maintenance, then as the fund grows it will be split between students in Aviation Maintenance and any EGF campus program
